The organic wholemeal semolina pasta of Frantoio Bartolini is made from 100% Italian certified organic durum wheat wholemeal semolina and spring water. Cold kneading and bronze drawing allows for a rougher and more porous pasta, ideal for absorbing sauces and enhancing their flavor. Good with any sauce, all you need to feel its full flavor is a round of good evo oil.
The history of Frantoio Bartolini began in the Umbrian hills around 1850, when, with a small mill with an animal-drawn millstone, it began oil production that through six generations has come down to the present day. The business has expanded, but the company has maintained direct control of the entire supply chain and can thus guarantee traceability. On the Bartolini farm, in the Natural Park of the Nera River, legumes and cereals are grown in addition to olive trees: in respect for nature and its fruits Bartolini promotes organic farming and agriculture increasingly immune to chemical treatments.
